At Southeastern Physical Therapy we believe in providing physical therapy services according to your needs and goals. You can expect that we will spend ample time necessary identifying and understanding your problems so we can develop a thorough plan to correct them. Because of that we are out of network with insurance companies, therefore, payment for services rendered are due at each treatment session. Following the session, you will be given a Super-bill that you may use to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
The reason that we have chosen to stay independent of insurance companies is because we want to make decisions about your health and wellbeing free of the restrictions that insurance companies place on physical therapy care. We feel this is the best way to allow us to practice our craft the way it was intended—one-on-one treatment sessions, no visit limits, no co-pays, no pre-authorizations, and no need for MD referrals. Your time will be used more effectively as will our ability to use science and evidence to provide care you expect and deserve.
Southeastern Physical Therapy is not a Medicare Provider at this time, so we are unable to see Medicare patients for what is considered “normal covered services.” If you are a Medicare beneficiary and would like to know if you can take advantage of our services, please contact us to discuss your options.
We understand that it can be difficult choosing the right therapy. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about how we can help you please feel free to contact us. We look forward to getting to know you.
